Today was day 1 of my 30 day challenge. Everybody seems to be doing these right now, so I took my own spin on what I’m going after. The Mega Goal is for transformation. What do I mean for transformation? Feeling better, stronger, looking better, preparing for the next sport (Kite Surfing) and overall feeling like I’m 14 again.
So.. what’s involved:
- Exercise 45 mins daily
- Drink 1 Gallon of water daily
- Hit the water at least once a week (lungs building)
- NO Beer or Alcohol
- Eat breakfast daily, sensible cafe lunch, and no > than 2 meals out for the month
- Stretch daily
- Weekly Massage – already scheduled
That’s the plan. Day 1 – let’s go! I’m planning or trying to blog daily on my progress, how I feel, etc.. Since today is day 1, it feels good, gym was great.
